I am not a vegan; but I lean that way. And thanks to the interest of some friends and family, I immersed myself for the last couple of months in designing and testing some two-a-day smoothie recipes for complete nutrition.
My main sources for the design were Cronometer.com and ChatGPT. I used ChatGPT to explore possible ingredients. I used Cronometer.com to calculate the nutritional aspects of each recipe. For testing, I made the recipes and ate them on multiple contiguous and scattered days.I really enjoyed eating them, I felt satisfied, and I lost a little weight (which was not my goal since my BMI, body fat, and waist/hip ratio were already ideal).
