Today (see yesterday) I had a little bowel movement in the morning. I had throat mucus and back pain after noon. I am very tired.
I got on Youtube to watch the fasting videos of moe of my peers for days 7 and 8. As a result, I bought some distilled water and non-iodized salt. No more tap water.
Acne: face clear. still one on leg.
