Easy Steaming of Vegetables

It is easy to steam vegetables for superior nutrition and energy savings. It requires no special equipment:
  1. Place 3/4" of water in the bottom of your sauce pan
  2. Add the vegetables
  3. Cover pan
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Reduce heat and steam until tender
