How to fix some web page images missing in IE and Firefox

Solution: Control Panel -> Accessibility Options -> uncheck high contrast

Chrome and Opera use their own dll's, so they don't have the problem.

Problem: Some of the images, especially the menu icons, on some web pages, like Facebook and Google, don't display in Firefox or Internet Explorer. But when you go to Opera or Chrome, they display just fine. The problem (at least for me) was the High Contrast option under Control Panel -> Accessibility
